It’s Friday, and I’m especially happy it’s here, because after traveling this week for work, Jordan is back in town to help share the load at home. MAJOR SALUTE to all of the single parents out there who operate as real-life heroes.

Also, a huge thanks to all of you who shared congratulations, well-wishes, and prayers for our family! We’re overjoyed about this new baby on the way. Though it hardly feels like fall, we’re planning to do some apple and pumpkin picking, and I can already imagine Jameson trying to take a bite of all the apples. Before I get this weekend party started, here are some things from the week worth sharing… Continue Reading

Friends, can we believe that today is the first day of September?! I’m struggling to believe so much of 2017 has passed by, and I’m finding it even harder to believe summer will be coming to a close. Per usual, I’m rejecting the idea that Labor Day is the end of summer, and I fully intend to soak in every bit of these final three weeks of the official season.

I’m looking forward to the weekend, because my aunt is bringing my dad to NYC for a visit, and it’s been over a year since the last time he was here. Before we all jump into our holiday weekend plans,  here are a few things worth sharing… Continue Reading
